I was looking for something sentimental and stumbled upon Bijou By You! I ordered a bracelet for my best friend’s mother, she recently lost her mother due to her battle with cancer. It caught the family by surprise, she was such a bundle of joy and was the light of their lives so it really impacted the family as well as friends as she was loved by all.
I bought this as a birthday gift, I was planning something like this for a while and when I heard how down she was about spending her birthday without her mama for the first time, it couldn’t have been more perfect. I received two personalised necklaces from Bijou By You and they have quickly become our most treasured pieces of jewellery! I lost my mum 3 years ago, and like so many others experiencing the up’s and down’s of grief, I often find myself struggling to feel a connection to her. Wearing my beautiful necklace, which has my name in her handwriting has helped so much - I haven’t taken it off! While my name was taken directly from a card my mum wrote to my husband and I for our Wedding, my 4 year old daughter now proudly wears her name in Nan’s handwriting around her neck. She was only 10 months old when mum passed away, so to be able to have a physical momento that’s just for her is truly so special. This necklace was all Summer’s idea and I couldn’t thank her enough - she lifted the letters of my daughter’s name from the message in the card to create her necklace. I never would have thought of it myself! And I’ve now ordered one for my niece and my second daughter (who never met mum). I absolutely can’t wait to see them! FYI, a phrase I like using alot not to mention they are the initials of 3 of the people I love dearly. I tried to hard to make the “f” also look like an “s” and now I carry the initials of 7 of my dearest on my wrist, thanks to the beautiful Summer who specialised it as I cannot wear necklaces.

I've always wanted a personalised name necklace but didn't want the basic ones that I see everywhere so I decided to write my own name in my own handwriting (I'm 12yrs old) I wrote my name 2yrs ago when bijou first started taking orders.
I haven't taken it off and I still love it as much as I did the day I received it. I'll look back at this in years to come and I'll still love my messy 10yr old me handwriting 🤣
I have been swimming, beach, I play soccer and I'm super active, the colour hasn't tarnished and it still looks exactly same from day 1!

I got a few necklaces from Bijou and I literally cried when I received them 😭
One of them was a replica of my father's signature I found on his licence (he's passed away now) when I say I'm never taking it off I seriously haven't and 2yrs later it's still shining like new!!!
